The outer cover is 100% soft brushed organic cotton and removable & washable. The pillow is intentionally overstuffed so you can adjust height and density by unzipping the inner and outer casings and removing fill. The process can be a bit messy, so it's best done outside or in a covered area. Approximate heights include 4–8 inches, with Standard, Queen, and King sizes (25x17, 28x18, 35x18).
